Uganda Birding Tour:

August 30th - September 7th 2025*

Over the Labor Day Holiday, we’ll be dropping gems in Uganda—The Pearl of Africa, which is listed as one of the ‘Best Places to Go in 2025’ by Condé Nast Traveler. The trip will be guided by Judith Mirembe, the pioneering Chairperson of ‘Uganda Women Birders,’ an initiative to empower women birders worldwide. Judith aka the ‘Shoebill Chic’ is recognized as a leading expert on the Shoebill Stork and no doubt will be sharing key insights into this prehistoric bird! During this comprehensive birding expedition, we will visit a number of National Parks (NPs) that are listed as Important Bird Areas (IBAs). In addition, we will experience Uganda’s rich cultural heritage firsthand.
